Yes, it is important to have a business model because it would allow a budding entrepreneur and his or her team to know which direction their company needs to go so then they would run the company efficiently and not waste time finding which direction their company needs to go. Without a business model, an entrepreneur might waster his time developing an idea that won't be helpful to the company.

Yes it is important. We need a business model because without one, the company would be disorganized and would have trouble bringing the business to the next level.

Yes because then your whole team will be able to understand thoroughly what is happening. Also, it will be easier to manipulate and describe the business model to your group and investors.

  4. Yes because it needs to be simple enough for everyone to understand the concept of the model and as a result, "facilitate discussion." A good business model must have a concept that is "simple, relevant, and intuitively understandable, while not oversimplifying the complexities of how enterprises function."

Yes because without a simple business model, the company will be sent into chaos, because without a simple business model, each of the company members wouldn't be able to express their own ideas... not understanding the business model. if the company had a simple business model, then the company would be successful, with an understanding between the whole team running it.
