"The strategy is to use the fine points of differentiation embedded in the solution to create high expectations, and then deliver on those fine points of differentiation to confirm the formed expectations."
Discuss and present your strategy in detail. Give reasons to justify that your strategy is the most effective and efficient in delivering the fine points of differentiation.
The points of differentiation is that our product is bio-degradable, and eco-friendly. We would exhibit these traits when advertising, but not make many more claims than that.

ReplyDeleteour product is mainly recycled, it is small and lightweight, its easy to maintain, its long lasting (except for the candles which have to be changed every once and a while), and it is fairly cheap.
Our product right now, is better than what is in the market because it is better for the environment due to the fact that our product is made out of wood and is biodegradable. In the future, our product would be better than what is in the market because we are planning to use better wood, carve in designs, and will be comfortable to use.
ReplyDeleteOur product is eco-friendly, meaning our product was built with conserving the environment in mind and it is good for the environment. It is biodegradable(both the coconut and wax), and its manufacturing process is designed to emit the least amount of toxic gases as possible. But more importantly it is long lasting. Our product is priced at a low price but still has the high quality that you would find in expensive candles.

ReplyDeleteOur product is made of coconuts which is eco-friendly, gives off a traditional/natural/vintage feel, and becomes long-lasting after being varnished. Unlike other souvenirs out there, our product is costumizable with these high-class-looking materials, making the products personalized.
