Value-added business leaders must know how their customers define value and the factors that influence their satisfaction.  
What are your plans and necessary actions to know how your targeted customers define value and the factors that influence their satisfaction?

  1. We would consult with people who have experience in this area, and also get information from the actual targeted customers.

  2. Our plan in order to find out what are customers' needs are and how to bring satisfaction to them is by creating surveys and asking them about our product. We will also research on how to make our products even more convenient, more attractive, and basically making our products better in general.

    when we sell our products, we plan to have a tag at the bottom with an email address- should our customers have any feedback for us.

Our plans and necessary actions would be to have our customers the choice of having them customize the candle as much as possible so that they would be able to to be satisfied with their product. We would be able to please the customers because people know best about what they themselves want. By doing this we are able to see what satisfies our customers so that in the future we would be able to make our product to meet our customers satisfaction.

    We could survey different costumers from the souvenir market, asking them their preferences or make a page for submitting designs and layouts. Because our product is personalizable, I think it would most likely please the costumer that willingly steps into our shop, choose a design layout to their liking, and buys it.
