Who are the customers who will appreciate and be highly motivated to purchase your product because of the value proposition(s) of your product? Please give reasons for their motivation to purchase your product.
We are targeting our shoes to the local Cambodians. The incentive of buying our shoes is that they are locally made, bio-degradable, inexpensive, and sturdy. They will last in floods, dust, or long walks/journeys. They also reflect the Khmer culture through the fabric designs and the reuse of rubber.

ReplyDeleteForeigners, expats, and people that are looking to decorate their houses. These people would probably be middle class or higher class people. They would want to buy our product because it is cheap, but made with high quality and is simple yet stylish. It is also a good souvenir for friends or family and would be a great reminder of their time in Cambodia.

ReplyDeleteThe main customers that will appreciate and be highly motivated to purchase our product would be mainly tourists as our product is aimed to be a souvenir that both represents Cambodia and is fit to serve different needs.
The customers that would be interested in our product would be people who are eco-friendly and tourists that want souvenirs.
