Is the value proposition(s) of your product "quantitative", that is price and efficiency or "qualitative", that is overall customer experience and outcome? Or, is it both? Please explain your answer.
Ain, David, SuIn Our product is quantitative in the fact that it is the product which is made of shells, is cheaper than getting the same amount of shells individually on Amazon. It is also quantitative as it can be easily interchangeable to fit each costumer's needs.
The current product that Bio-Light is offering is quantitative because it is less pricey and is convenient. We are also soon going to offer a different type of lamp that will be qualitative because it focuses more on he customer experience rather than price and efficiency.
David, William, Alyssa Our product is more qualitative but is still quantitative. Our product is more qualitative because our product is simply a decoration. There is no sure way to measure how our product is seen. Our product is built more around customer experience and thoughts, then built according to a certain quantitative price that came afterwards.
Our value proposition is both quantitative and qualitative because our prices are very competitive, yet our quality is above most other products that are similar. It is qualitative because we understand our customer's needs for customizable candles that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
Our Product is quantitative because while it is not the fanciest, it is sturdy and relatively easy to produce.
