    1. Builders have no issue in trusting others. Having their very own inner circle of advisers are critical in helping them without the Builders having to ask for help.

Making sure they do not surround themselves with “yes men and women” who will simply say yes to every idea.

    1. Having "yes-men and women" are ego boosters for Builders initially until the point in time when these people do not meet up to their expectations.
Instead, having their very own inner circle of advisers are critical in helping them without the Builders having to ask for help.

3.) A builder can overcome the ability of asking for help by having advisors that understand his/her weaknesses AND his/her dna and will know when to help.

Builder DNAs would work on their strengths not work on their weakness which in this case is asking for help. It would be more helpful to them if they were to strengthen their strengths because if they were to try strengthen their weakness, it would drain them. So it is recommended that they are to strengthen their strengths and leave their weakness hanging then strengthening their weakness and leaving their strength hanging.
