David, Calli Specialists are very good at sticking to their expertise. they are good at selling things, and by doing so making friends on a regular basis. Unlike the builder they have no problem having relationships out of work.
Specialists are not good at sales or marketing related functions. Most Specialists derive their income from repeat customers or through word-of-mouth. They provide great customer service and thus, customers tend to recommend others to them. They have no problem managing their life at work and outside work.
