Specialists are good at providing high-touch customer service and maintaining/stabilizing a business.
They can overcome this by working with Builders and Opportunists as business growth and expansion are their main strengths.
Specialists are in their comfort zone when it comes to status quo. Any business growth and expansion would mean getting out of their comfort zone and as such, invites reasons or excuses from the Specialists not to do so.

ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to growth strategy, Specialist DNA get stuck when it gets to this point. What this means is that it prevents the company or business from achievement it's potential goals, and it also prevents the business from growing.
They can overcome this by partnering up with Builder and Opportunist DNA in order to grow their business because Builder and Opportunist DNA have this as their main strength.

ReplyDeleteSpecialists are methodical and don't like things to change, even if it will benefit the company. They are serious is the decisions they make. A way they can overcome this is by hiring advisers with different DNA.

ReplyDeleteSpecialists wouldn't want to start a new business because that's not what their good at. They're not good at high output. They don't really want to expand their business either because that would require for them to market their business. They can't do that they're only good at relationship with the customers.

ReplyDeleteThe regular specialist gets stuck when it comes to growth strategy, and they can overcome this with the help of a builder or oppurtunist.
