I wish people would have more of an ownership mind-set in this business. They could achieve so much more if they just gave this business their true focus and passion.
Calli, David S. Yes. One of the weaknesses of a builder is that at first in a problem, they trust certain individuals. But when something goes wrong, they really start to micromanage. The reason why this is such a problem is because it can be damaging to the relationship even though the problem itself is solved.
The element of "TRUST" is lost when individuals do not meet up to the expectations of the Builder. Being highly passionate and purpose-driven, Builders cannot appreciate why others are not like them.
