I have this weird ability to get people to work extra hours and give up weekends without even having to ask for it. It is like having the ability to do Jedi mind tricks.

Manipulation only comes in when Builders use their strength in pitching and influencing wrongly. As we are aware that Builders tend to give complete trust to others to complete the task given to them. They are not micro-managers unless provoked. This high level of trust given to those who can appreciate it will be more than willing to put the extra mile for Builders.
