What are possible solutions that the Builder DNA can adopt to ensure a successful work-life balance while maintaining successful home and business relationships?
Sothun, Zach, Ain, Boah Limit their time in work, take some time off, and leave their work at work. And Trust people to do your work so you can take time off.
David S., Calli 2.) They can look at their relationships and evaluate where they are at. Also, they can communicate their weaknesses and talk about them so that they really know what is going on. They can surround themselves with loyal friends that will really take the time to help you and hold you accountable for your weaknesses. Also, realize that your weaknesses aren’t a bad thing. Everybody has them. And if you take the time to evaluate them and work on them, they can make you a stronger and better entrepreneur.
Lesley, William, Joon Have a “no-work” zone at home where anyone inside that zone isn’t allowed to work- whether it be the children or their parents. This would encourage playing with others and making time for others. The Builder DNA person could also ask someone to monitor their work time vs their play/rest time. They could maybe set aside a specific time
